IPA – ABV 5.2%
The deeper colour of this new IPA is more reminiscent of the new world IPA than the traditional English IPA. However, do not be fooled! This is a solidly English style IPA. There is a tangerine fruit on the nose and some distinct hops pressing through on the flavours to come. The initial taste is well balanced between the malt and resinous hops. Yet in the aftertaste the hop flavours build and the spice develops such that this would be bold enough to stand up to and thereby compliment your Friday night spicy curry!
