This new wheat beer is slighlty cloudy and closer to a crystal style brew.  The beer has a wonderful pear drop and lemon aroma giving a fresh crisp palate.  This blends perfectly with the traditional qualities of a wheat beer and gives a beautiful astringency on the edges of the tongue.  Simply perfect for light summer drinking.
